Life in the morning is horrible

life-in-the-morning

How many times have I heard: the early bird catches the worm, or that is nice to wake up in the morning and got to do a lot of things, unfortunately for me the reality is different: life in the morning is horrible.

Of course, you can understand me just if you suffer deeply to get up early, you drag as a zombie out of bed, you take 15 minutes to cover with make-up the signs of pillow left on your face and obviously being late you run out of the house faster than Bolt like in a race of 100 m.

It’s during one of these grueling races at 7 am, when I thought I must write about this feeling on my blog and probably someone will think: yes she is right, life in the morning sucks! We’ll give a Nobel Prize to this girl for the sensational discovery! J

The perfect life should start at 9am, 10am or maybe at midday? And it should continue with a nice late breakfast in bed, check the various social networks or newspapers, anything that tickles our curiosity and then get up, look out the window, hear the birds singing and fill up on positive energy to start a beautiful day.

I read that we should sleep at least 8 hours a night and then I realized why I suffer so much to get up early, because I slept too little trough the night, but how do I move my energies from 11 pm to 7 am? I don’t know, but if I find a solution, I swear, I will reveal this secret at all.

At the moment, I’m still thinking that: life in the morning is not worth living, the case is closed!
